Description

Badri Narayan is a self-taught artist, author, illustrator and story-teller. His paintings are primarily narrative starting points from where one can unravel the complexity within the work. He borrows from Indian mythology and uses Indian miniature painting traditions to recreate the stories in his paintings. In this painting titled ‘The Blind-fold’ Badri paints one of his intimate works drawing the viewer closer in search of the fable within.
